All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China. We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on the product:

• Standard items: 7–12 business days

• Special items: 20–40 business days

Please note that these are estimated times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to become available.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
