Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable, such as personal care products, intimate goods, or custom items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment after the inspection is completed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at daffodilhomes23@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If a product is damaged by the customer, the customer will be responsible, and no refund will be issued.
